Three white farmers whose properties were taken over by the government and in turn seized Zimbabwean government assets in Cape Town today won the right to sell the assets when the High Court in Pretoria turned down an application by the Zimbabwean government to prevent the sale of the assets. One of the farmers, however, died in April.
