Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai today blamed the government’s failure to generate revenue from the sale of diamonds on lack of accountability and not Western sanctions. “This is not a sanctions issue. It’s a matter of accountability and transparency…….There is nothing wrong with the mining operations, what is wrong is the marketing and lack of transparency on revenue,” he said.
