Zimbabwe coronavirus cases shoot past 500


Zimbabwe today recorded 23 new coronavirus cases, 21 from returning residents from South Africa and two local, raising the number of cases to 512.

It has so far tested 63 347 people and has 442 active cases, 64 recoveries and six deaths.

Globally, there are now 9.1 million cases which include 472 200 deaths, 4.9 million people that have recovered and 3.8 million active cases.
