The question of who succeeds Robert Mugabe has vexed Zimbabweans and the international community for years. Understandably this made sense when there was no strong opposition. But even with the Movement for Democratic Change challenging the Zimbabwe African National Union- Patriotic Front and beating it in the 2008 parliamentary elections- the debate continues as if ZANU-PF is still running the show.
