Tsvangirai on elections

Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai today said it would be illegal for President Robert Mugabe to hold elections in March. “Mugabe says he wants an election in March. That’s illegal, we both have to agree on the date for the next election,” he told a rally in Harare today.
