Mangoma granted bail but held in custody

Energy Minister Elton Mangoma was today granted bail of $ 5 000 but the state invoked a Section of the Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act which allows the state to keep a person in custody for a further seven days. Mangoma is being charged with corruption.
