July inflation rises marginally to -2.77 percent

Zimbabwe’s annualised inflation rate rose by 0.04 percentage points to -2.77 percent in July, compared to the June rate of -2.81 percent, the national statistics agency said yesterday.

On a monthly basis, inflation rate in July was 0.06 percent, gaining 0.20 percentage points on the June rate of -0.14 percent, said the Zimbabwe National Statistics Agency (Zimstat).
