Debate about indigenisation in Zimbabwe continues. Some reports even say the policy has been abandoned. But throughout there seems to be an underlying current not to state what it really is. There is a deliberate attempt to link it to the land issue and the haphazard way the land issue was implemented. And despite the revival in agriculture by the new farmers, some corners are still saying the land reform was a failure. Here is the act and the regulations so that you can judge for yourself.
