Canada withdraws from UNWTO over Mugabe

Canada today withdrew from the United Nations World Tourism Organisation over the appointment of Robert Mugabe as a special tourism ambassador. Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird said the appointment of the Zimbabwean leader as international tourism ambassador symbolized what was wrong with the UN.
