Zimbabwe’s private sector could receive a major boost if Britain’s conservative government fulfils one of its election promises, according to one of the cables released by Wikileaks. The Conservative party, which came to power in May last year, said before its election that it would focus on Zimbabwe when it came to power and would galvanise Zimbabwe’s private sector once the country was on a clear path to democracy.
