Active coronavirus cases in Zimbabwe continue to drop as country has no deaths for 4 days

Zimbabwe today went for the fourth day without any coronavirus death and recorded eight new cases and 10 recoveries resulting in the number of active cases going down to 1 308.

Eighty six percent of the cases, 1 125, are in Harare with the other nine provinces accounting for only 183 active cases, 102 of them being in Bulawayo.

The country now has 7 858 cases, but 6 322 have recovered and 228 have died.

There are now 34.7 million cases across the globe. These include 1.03 million deaths, 25.8 million recoveries and 7.9 million active cases.

India, which has he second highest number of cases, now has over 100 300 deaths.
