*HON. CHIBAYA: On a point of order. Thank you Madam Speaker. We come here to represent the electorate, if we are giving the grievances of those that we represent, the Hon. Minister should not say that we are mourning more than the bereaved? Who has been bereaved? He should withdraw that statement.
*THE HON. DEPUTY SPEAKER: The Hon. Minister said you are mourning more than the bereaved, who has been offended by that?
HON. MAJOME: On a point of order Madam Speaker, I am the one who asked the question and I am offended by the Minister’s answer. It is an insult, he must withdraw.
THE DEPUTY MINISTER OF PUBLIC SERVICE, LABOUR AND SOCIAL SERVICES (HON. MATANGAIDZE): The point I highlighted and I continue highlighting is that Government and its employees right now are on the same level, we are in agreement on the way forward. Madam Speaker, we are having a scenario where opposition parties are trying to ram into the bandwagon to try and agitate the civil service……
*HON. CHIBAYA: Madam Speaker, it is pathetic that we are getting Deputy Ministers answers, not answers from Ministers. This is self evident from what is happening in this august House. We are not here for the ruling party, we are Members of Parliament and we represent people. This question concerns civil servants, such people do not merit to be Ministers. He should be removed from being a Minister, he is not knowledgeable…

THE DEPUTY MINISTER OF PUBLIC SERVICE, LABOUR AND SOCIAL SERVICES (HON. MATANGAIDZE): The Government and its workers are on the same level. What remains is for them to get the pay dates. We are in agreement as Government and workers. The Government and its workers are working harmoniously, they understand one another. What remains is to announce the dates for when the staggered salaries will be paid.
HON. MAJOME: On a point of order Madam Speaker. The Hon. Minister is not taking my question seriously and is not taking his role as a Minister seriously. He should address my question, I represent my constituents and I have a right to be here, please take us seriously. The Hon. Minister seeks to make jest of this very serious issue. I asked very direct questions and the Hon. Minister should just answer the questions. I will repeat them for his benefit.
