Prices in RTGS dollars grossly inflated

Zimbabwe Finance Ministe Mthuli says prices of basic goods in RTGS dollars are grossly inflated because figures compiled by his ministry show that prices in US dollars have declined by 19 percent between January 2018 and June 2019.
