Zimbabwe President Emmerson Mnangagwa today fired Health Minister Obadiah Moyo who was arrested last month on corruption charges over a US$60 million deal to procure coronavirus test kits.
Moyo was arrested for his dealings with Drax International LLC and Drax Consult SAGL which were illegally awarded contracts by the Health ministry.
He is out on $50 000 bail and was remanded to 31 July.
