Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa will present his mid-term review tomorrow, the Speaker of Parliament Jacob Mudenda said today. Zimbabwe has been facing cashflow problems since last year’s elections and had to cancel salary payment dates for civil servants because it was not clear when it would get the money to pay them. Chinamasa was in China last month with President Robert Mugabe and they are said to have signed 9 agreements but these are for infrastructure projects. China does not give money for budgetary support.
