Biti says South Africa has approves $100 million loan to Zimbabwe

Finance Minister Tendai Biti today said South Africa had approved a $100 million loan to Zimbabwe. The country needs $132 million, down from more than $200 million, to hold its harmonised elections. The date has not been set yet but Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai is talking about September while President Robert Mugabe is talking about July.
