Constitutional talks stalled

The process of drawing up the country’s new constitution came to a halt today after the major parties disagreed on the weight to be given to the information collected from the people during the outreach programme. The Zimbabwe African national Union- Patriotic Front favours the quantitative approach while the Movement for Democratic Change argues for the qualitative approach.
