Movement for Democratic Change leader Morgan Tsvangirai has appointed a 19-member shadow cabinet that includes potential challenger Nelson Chamisa who is in charge of policy.
Tsvangirai parked some of the senior party officials into commission, regulatory authorities and statutory bodies with controversial Job Sikhala to leading the Media Commission.
His spokesman Luke Tamborinyoka said the shadow Ministers for Lands and Water Development and Youth Affairs will be announced in due course.
