Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s office Jameson Timba was arrested today on unspecified charges but this is believed to be linked to his labelling President Robert Mugabe a liar. Timba, who is the Movement for Democratic Change’s secretary for international relations, had just returned from Spain where he had been attending a conference on the rule of law.
