President Robert Mugabe today scoffed at speculation about his health saying this was “misplaced”. He was in sound health. Reports this week said that South African mediators trying to find a solution to Zimbabwe’s crisis were worried about what would happen if Mugabe were to die before constitutional reforms were complete.
