European Union sanctions bull…- Dutch company assisted Mujuru and Kaukonde

The European Union this week extended sanctions on President Robert Mugabe and 162 others recently but removed 35 of his lieutenants from the list.  Although  “the sanctions forbid direct or indirect funds or economic resources” to persons on the sanctions list a company that is owned by several members of the European Union assisted several Zimbabwean companies in which some of those on the EU sanctions list were directors without anyone raising any eyebrow. This has raised questions on the selective implementation of the EU sanctions.
