27 returnees test positive raising Zimbabwe coronavirus cases to 383

The number of coronavirus cases in Zimbabwe today rose to 383 after 27 returnees from South Africa tested positive.

The country now has 325 active cases. Four people have died and 54 have recovered.

It has tested 58 438 people.

Globally there are now 7.9 million cases. These include 433 900 deaths, 4.1 million recoveries and 3.4 million active cases.

Three countries-the United States, Brazil and the United Kingdom- account for almost half the deaths.
