No pay for army

Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai’s Movement for Democratic Change today said it had no money to pay the army until it receives money from diamond sales from Marange. Finance Minister Tendai Biti said he had been promised $600 million in diamond revenues but received only about $30m between January and March.
