28. His Excellency President Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma extended an invitation to His Excellency President Robert Gabriel Mugabe to the next Session of the Bi-National Commission (BNC) to be held in 2017 in South Africa, at a date to be mutually determined through diplomatic channels.
