Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai today briefed Zambian President Rupiah Banda on problems facing the coalition government. He was accompanied by the Minister of State in his office, Jameson Timba. Banda is the chairman of the troika on politics, defence and security of the regional bloc – the Southern African Development Community.
