Top 8 Pfizer and Moderna shareholders’ wealth grew by US$10 billion in a week after the discovery of omicron

The top eight shareholders of Pfizer and Moderna, two of the biggest pharmaceutical companies that are manufacturing coronavirus vaccines, saw their wealth grow by US$10 within a week following the discovery of a new coronavirus variant, omicron.

According to Nick Dearden, director of Global Justice Now, the two companies are making US$1 000 every second.
