The Thokozani Khupe Wikileaks cables

Thokozani Khupe was virtually unknown outside the trade union movement until the formation of the Movement for Democratic Change in 1999. A year later she was elected Member of Parliament for Makokoba in Bulawayo. She benefitted from the split of the MDC is 2005 and was catapulted to vice-President at the 2006 special congress, and three years later she was appointed the country’s Deputy Prime Minister. There are 24 cables on her. Here they are.
