The David Chapfika Wikileaks cables

David Chapfika was one of the rising stars within the Zimbabwe African National Union-Patriotic Front, the Young Turks, who were supposedly meant to transform the party. He rose first to chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee and then deputy Minister of Finance and fell from grace as deputy Minister of Agriculture. There are 11 cables on him. Here they are:
