Zimbabwe diamonds- More bite for Biti

In his quest to investigate diamond revenue from River Ranch Finance Minister Tendai Biti might find it difficult to get cooperation from the United Nations Development Programme. But there is an alternative. The Ministry of Transport already has evidence that two vehicles were indeed registered in the name of the UNDP, though it says this was in error.
