In what appears to be a ping-pong game, Zimbabwe People First leader Joice Mujuru, who fired seven of her top executives this morning, has been in turn fired by the seven because of her dictatorial tendencies.
Mujuru this morning fired Didymus Mutasa, Rugare Gumo, Kudakwashe Bhasikiti, Munacho Mutezo, Claudius Makova, Margaret Dongo and Lucky Kandemiri.
She accused them of being Zimbabwe African National Union-Patriotic Front agents who wanted to prolong President Robert Mugabe’s stay in power.
Mujuru said more heads will roll but it was her head that rolled when the group of “elders” fired her instead claiming they were fed up with her dictatorial tendencies.
Gumbo said they will announce the new leader of the party soon.
