The Movement for Democratic Change today appealed to the South African government to delay a plan to send undocumented Zimbabweans back to the country at the end of this year saying they might face increased poverty and persecution. South Africa says Zimbabweans must obtain proper documents in the form of work or study permits or asylum papers by December 31.
