High Court judge Charles Hungwe today revoked his earlier judgment and nullified African Consolidated Resources’ mining claims in Marange saying the company acquired the rights fraudulently. He said ACR had concealed important information in the September 2009 case. “It seems to me now that quite a lot of information was kept away from the court,” he said.
