Tsholotsho Member of Parliament Jonathan Moyo last week won the High Court case against Vice-President John Nkomo in which he was suing Nkomo for defaming him by claiming that he was planning “a smart coup” by organising a meeting at Dinyane in Tsholotsho in 2004.
