The Movement for Democratic Change today announced that Senator Sessel Zvidzai would be its secretary for elections. He replaces Seiso Moyo who died last year. The date for the elections has not been set yet but the Zimbabwe African National Union- Patriotic Front wants them at the end of June while Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai prefers them in September.
