The former chief executive of Premier Services medical Aid Society Cuthbert Dube who was earning a staggering US$236 000 and was entitled to a loan twelve times his monthly salary was cleared of any wrongdoing by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission.
It said everything Dube did was above board as there were documents that showed that he was entitled to everything that he did.
The PSMAS board which said it was shocked by the decision said it would pursue other means to nail Dube down.
Dube received $376 630 in critical allowances and this was found to be above board.
Also above board were personal loans amounting $796 960 and travel allowances on football business of $285 000.
