Zimbabwe records only one coronavirus case, 12 recover

Zimbabwe today recorded only one coronavirus case in Bulawayo but 12 people, nine from Bulawayo, recovered resulting in the number of active cases dropping to 1 277.

Bulawayo now has 66 active cases while Harare remains at 1 138.

Zimbabwe has so far recorded 8 011 cases but 6 505 people have recovered and 230 have died.

Some 37.7 million people have been affected by the virus across the globe and 1.08 million have died while 28.3 million have recovered but there are still 8.3 million active cases.
