Zimbabwe records 10 new cases, no death

Zimbabwe today had 10 new coronavirus cases and no death but only eight people recovered pushing the number of active cases to 895.

Total deaths remained at 1 510 while cases rose to 36 662 and recoveries to 34 257.

Cases in Harare continued to drop and are now at 440. Matebeleland North remained at 204 and Manicaland at 57 while Bulawayo rose to 98.

Only 51 people were hospitalised as of yesterday, four of them in intensive care.

The vaccination programme continued with 523 getting the jab today raising the total to 42 210.
