Libya has the cheapest diesel in Africa at only 3 US cents a litre while within the Southern African Development Community, Angola has the cheapest at 33 US cents a litre.
Hong Kong has the most expensive diesel in the world going for $3.35 a litre, more than double the price in Zimbabwe.
