Zimbabwe government announces pay dates for August

The government has announced pay-dates for civil servants for August but they still spill into September with the last batch being paid on 9 September.

Members of the Zimbabwe National Army and Air Force of Zimbabwe will be paid on 23 August.

They will be followed by those in the health sector on 26 August.

The police and the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services will be paid on 30 August.

Teachers will receive their salaries on 2 September while the rest of the civil service will be paid on 5 September and pensioners on 9 September.
