Why the Zimbabwe Supreme Court threw out Kasukuwere’s appeal for nomination as presidential candidate- full judgement

The Supreme Court has released its full judgement on why it threw out the appeal by presidential candidate, Savior Kasukuwere, to contest the 23 August elections.

Kasukuwere lost the case at the High Court because he had been out of the country for a continuous period of more than 18 months.

The Supreme Court concurred with the lower court.
