The Insider has not been updated since Friday, 15 July, because my father passed away on 16 July. He had a stroke almost six years ago and had been ill for some time. But he had a long life. He was 88. In the meantime, however, my web colleague has been updating the site and it now has links to facebook and twitter. The site is due for another update in January or February next year. Any suggestions to make it user friendly are welcome.- Charles Rukuni
