Why doesn’t every Zimbabwe nurse have a mask or two up to now?

Some of the things that happen in Zimbabwe are mind boggling.

Nurses are on strike because they do not have enough protective equipment against the coronavirus pandemic which has so far killed one person.

The Ministry of health says it has received 20 000 laboratory diagnostic test kits, 100 000 medical face masks and 1 000 protective suits and face shields from the Jack Ma and Alibaba Foundation.

Zimbabwe had 16 000 nurses two years ago when they are all fired for going on strike.

Doctors are far fewer than that.

Granted there may not be enough protective suits, but why does each nurses not have a mask or two or even three as mathematically each can have six?
