President Robert Mugabe and 111 others remain on the European Union sanctions list for the coming year. There are also 11 companies, mostly associated with the Zimbabwe African National Union- Patriotic Front, on the list.
Party spokesman Rugare Gumbo was removed from the list.
Two ministers on the list Justice Minister Patrick Chinamasa and Foreign Affairs Minister Simbarashe Mumbengegwi will be allowed to travel to Brussels on ministerial business.
