The question of who is in control in Zimbabwe- Mugabe or the military- has been a subject of debate since the controversial 2008 election results. Most people, including the West, argue that it is the military. Others say it is Mugabe. They have even gone further to say his poor health is affecting the running of the country. Three years ago, we argued that the military could never be in control. Are we wrong?
