Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai today filed a lawsuit against President Robert Mugabe, alleging he violated the constitution and a power-sharing agreement by making unilateral appointments of people like central bank governor, Gideon Gono, attorney-general Johannes Tomana, provincial governors and six diplomats. Mugabe has called early elections saying he is fed up with the petty squabbles with Tsvangirai.
