Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai said he would garner 65 percent of the poll in a free vote and would offer cabinet posts to ZANU-PF politicians. The Movement for Democratic Change leader said he expected the elections to be held by 13 September. ZANU-PF wants the elections earlier.
