Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai today declared a constitutional crisis citing several violations of the global political agreement by President Robert Mugabe. He, however, said he would not be pulling out of the inclusive government because his mandate is to bring about change to the country and ensure that Zimbabwe becomes a Zimbabwe for everyone, not just the self-annointed and chosen few who seek to exploit this country.
