Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai today condemned an announcement that foreign-owned banks should hand over a controlling stake to black Zimbabweans within a year. The move was announced by Indigenisation Minister Saviour Kasukuwere but Tsvangirai said that the government had neither discussed nor approved the announcement.
