Tshabangu wins again as Supreme Court throws out appeal by recalled CCC MPs

Self-proclaimed interim secretary-general of the Citizens Coalition for Change Sengezo Tshabangu scored another victory today after the Supreme Court dismissed with costs an appeal by recalled CCC MPs led by  Prince Dubeko Sibanda after it found that the appeal was improperly set down.

The court ordered that the case was being removed from the roll with costs because it has been deemed abandoned and dismissed.
