Movement for Democratic Change-Tsvangirai treasurer Roy Bennett, who is facing a $1 million law suit filed by High Court judge Chinembiri Bhunu, was today quoted by the Voice of America as saying time is running out for his persecutors who will end up in the dock at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands. Bennett, who is in exile, says he is not returning to Zimbabwe. Bhunu is suing Bennett for comments he made to a British paper about his suitability to preside over his treason trial. Bhunu acquitted Bennett of the charges.
